Particularly popular as a venue for weddings and conferences, the Park Avenue is the closest hotel to George Best airport and boasts some of the most spacious guestrooms in Belfast. Guests also praise the attentiveness of the staff and the tasty yet affordable food available in Gelston's Corner Bar.

The hotel is located on the Holywood Road between the city centre and Stormont, and very close to Belfast City Airport. The centre of Belfast is 3 kilomtres away and can be reached in 10 minutes by taxi.

close proximity to the Odysset was very good - in fact we were able to walk back from the arena to the hotel.... Near to the City Airport (George Best) and Stormont. ... Located in a very shabby neighbourhood... not on walking distance from the city centre... NOT IN THE CENTRE OF CITY LIFE... ?5.00 from City centre by taxi but has a bus stop by the door. ...
