Very disappointed that the hotel did not have the facilities to serve alcohol in the bar to hotel guests after closing time. We were there for work purposes, finishing late and it would have been great to sit with a couple of drinks to unwind. I would only recommend it to people who did not drink alcohol at all
Top Tip
Having a guide to local places would have been an enormous help, plus it would have saved time as we wondered aimlessly during the day.

Hotel was in a very good location for the Grand Opera House as we had booked to see a show at the theatre. It was very clean and up to date and the room was excellent- large and spacious.
Top Tip
Hotel very close to the theatre, City Hall and other main attractions. It is very close to the main shopping centres in Belfast. There are a variety of places to eat nearby and I would recommend the Olio restaurant which is situated next to the Travel Lodge a few streets away.

This hotel had a total disregard to the sole business traveller .The hotel was more concerned with serving Christmas Parties .Room service would not answer and reception were no help whatsoever in arranging room service .
Top Tip
Do not stay at this hotel at Christmas on business unless you have arranged restaurants .

This hotel is fairly new. It is about five minutes walk from Donegall Square, and about ten minutes from a large selection of different restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back again soon.

The hotel was excellent apart from one main consideration. The bed was the most uncomfortable one we have ever slept in. For this extremely important reason, we would not recomment this hotel to others. Poor because of the bed and only this reason. Everything else was fine.
