internet out of order most days. public phone located in a very noisy area. reception could do with more staff, as the staff where always very busy. my daugter and i stayed for 12 nights. first week was great. second week we where invaded by a crowd of very noisy guests, running around to each others' rooms till 3am each morning, consequently we got no sleep. staff knew about it, as apparently the same crowd come every year but nothing was done. we did get a change of room, but that was worse. well located to the city centre, and just across the street from the train / bus station
